  6. The xpkSHRI.library offers highest compressionrates for the XPK-package,
  7. but is quite slow and therefore not meant to be used for
  8. online-compression. However, because of its excellent compression-rate
  9. it is quite useful, when you have to transfer data via modem or for
  10. creating archives with the xpkarchive.library.

  12. This is the version 2.1 of the xpkSHRI.library. The decompressionspeed
  13. has become about 80% faster than that of version 1.0 and the 
  14. compressionspeed has also gained about 5%.
